A week of kids dinners

As I said the other day, my husband and I are going on a diet for Lent.  We are doing Nutrisystem, which has premade meals for us.

At first thought, this sounds great!  No real cooking for a month or more right?!

Wrong.

Then I step back into reality and remember I have two small children who greatly rely on me for their food.  Unfortunately, as much as they love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, I'm sure they would get sick of them after a few nights of the same meal.  Not to mention, it would be a parent fail not to give them some proper nutrition!

So I decided to make a week long menu of dinners for them.  If anything, I can just keep repeating these meals.  It will give them enough variety to satisfy their picky palates.
