Brownie in a Mug
What...have...I...done???
This brownie in a mug is so easy to make, and you will most likely have all the ingredients in your house already. Perfect for that night that you are just craving chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate! My children, heck my whole family, is not known for turning down sweets, especially brownies, so this recipe may be well visited from now on.
I found this recipe over at SimplyRecipes.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cinamon
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2 Tbsp of canola or vegetable oil
- 1-2 drops of vanilla extract
Directions:
- Mix together all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and cinamon).
- Ad in the water, oil and extract.
- Stir completely so it looks like brownie batter
- Cook in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- let cool for 1-2 minutes, and ENJOY
This recipe comes out pretty sweet so be prepared. A scoop of vanilla ice cream on top would be delicious. I actually poured in some milk (to cut down on the sweetness) and it was perfect
