MIA

     Wow!  I feel like I haven't been blogging in forever.  It's true, I've been posting some articles here and there, but most of those are ones that I had previously written.  In regards to actually writing new material, nope.  It feels like I have just been so busy lately, that blogging seemed to have fallen to the wayside.


     Does that ever happen to you?  You just get so busy with your day-to-day life that things just pile up?  Seriously, I don't know what happened.  Between daily chores, and bringing the kids to activities, I just lost track of things.  The writing, crocheting, and just plain, getting caught up on things, has been a thing of the past these days.  It's so frustrating to not get all the laundry done in one day, or be able to clean all the bathrooms in one timeframe.  I just want a clean house so I can actually get other things done.

     Being a stay at home mom can be tough.  Most people probably think that since we stay home all day, we have plenty of time to do all of our chores.  It's completely different than what people think though.  The fact that I am the one that "stays home" means that I am the one that does all the errands, and activities with the kids.  I am the one that makes dinners and other meals, and I am the one that needs to clean the house.  I have the kids home all day, heck, I'm home all day (when we're not busy and out of the house), therefore I have messes happening all day long.   If I had a full time job, then I would be out of the house, and my children would be in daycare (when not in school).  Nobody would be in the house to mess it up!  By the time we'd all get home, it'd be dinner, baths, homework, and getting ready for bed.  No real time to play and make messes.

     Anyways, rant over.  LOL.   I love being able to stay at home with my children, and consider myself very lucky that I can, so there's really not much to complain about.  Having no new blogs will change though, I promise.   I actually enjoy being able to sit down, and put my words to paper, or computer rather.  I will take more time to write and continue this blog.  So, don't despair, I'm back!
